Triggered by the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, we developed two types of seismic isolation rubber bearings: the High Damping Rubber Bearing (HDR, HDR-S) and the Spring Confined Pb Rubber Bearing (SPR). By regarding bearings, expansion systems, and bridge retention systems as an integrated system, we are striving to develop optimal seismic isolation and vibration control products that not only ensure bridge safety and ease of maintenance, but also further enhance environmental conservation measures such as water cut-off and noise suppression.
We handle almost all types of bearings, including hybrid bearings and KFRBs, and provide products that cater for any size or application. We jointly developed the mageba KM joint with mageba s.a. of Switzerland, and we developed oil dampers for bridges that enhance bridge safety. As a comprehensive manufacturer of bridgerelated products, we constantly provide products based on leading technologies.
Leveraging on our experiences in civil engineering products, we are engaged in commercializing seismic isolation and vibration control equipment for construction fields. Products include elastic sliding bearings, friction dampers, and oil dampers.

Our advanced vibration control system is a revolutionary control technology that enhances the safety and livability of buildings. It efficiently reduces changes in building position caused by earthquakes and wind and controls damage to buildings.
Through the application of a displacement and speed amplification mechanism used widely in the machinery sector, this system reduces the shaking of structures by amplifying small interlaminar changes in building position by 2-3 times and transmit them to the damper. As a result, it also demonstrates the capability to resist seismic loads on low-rise concrete buildings such as school buildings.
Moreover, our latest advanced control system not only protects human lives and building assets, but also pursues harmony between people and buildings based on the motto "safely and beautifully".
We provide total services that regard the process from the diagnosis of the earthquake resistance of buildings to design that takes into account the esthetics of buildings, manufacture, and after-service as an integrated system.
