1. (1) When collecting personal information, the Company shall clearly specify the purpose of collecting the information and collect only necessary information. Notification or public disclosure of the purposes of use will be made, and the collected information shall not be used for any other than the established purpose.
2. (2) Collected information shall not be provided or disclosed to any third party except for the following cases:
   1. 1) When the consent of the person to whom the information refers has been obtained in advance.
   2. 2) When information is provided or disclosed in accordance with Article 23 Clause 2 (Opt-out) or Clause 3 (Joint use) of the Law Concerning the Protection of Personal Information.
   3. 3) When entrusting personal information to a third party, the Company shall evaluate the appropriateness of the management of personal information at the third party. In addition, the Company shall provide appropriate supervision to the third party including the conclusion of a non-disclosure agreement.

The Company shall establish internal regulations to prevent illegal access to personal information, leakage of personal information and the prevention of and correction from loss or damage of personal information.

The Company shall make efforts to promptly adjust to changes in the social environment regarding the handling of personal information. In addition, the Company shall make changes, corrections and additions to this policy and other regulations as needed.

If you believe that the Company is not complying with this privacy policy or if you wish the Company to disclose, correct, delete or stop using your information or to add information, please contact the Company’s responsible section (General Affairs Department). The Company shall take reasonable action within a reasonable period of time.

The Company shall handle any complaints regarding the handling of personal information appropriately and promptly.
