From April 1, 2009, Kawakin Holdings Group made a transitionto a holding company structure and Kawakin HoldingsCo., Ltd. became a wholly-owning parent company.The Group will maintain and strengthen its business basesin material, civil engineering construction equipment, andindustrial machinery operations. At the same time, each Group company will promote efficient operations and strive to enhance the corporate value of the whole group.
